KPMG trained ( London & overseas ), Industrial experience at the Head Office and at the "sharp end" of a quoted Industrial Group. International finance with Bank of America, 6 years of Venture Capital - Director of Charterhouse Development Capital. 12 years experience of corporate finance to the SME sector and of being non-executive Director to these companies. Presently director of a number of companies ( quoted and unquoted ):

Member of the Institute of Directors, Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Corporate Finance faculty, holds the IOD Diploma in Company Directorship and is a Selectassure registered Consultant.

Alan Penson, MA. ACA.
Price Waterhouse trained. Ten years experience as Group Finance Director and Chief Executive of several different large creative marketing services groups. Many years experience of advising the SME sector, focusing on business development and mergers and acquisitions in International service companies.
